ADU render Ukrainian and foreign commodity producers of FMCG services in organization integrated distribution system in whole territory of Ukraine.

The ADU members have experience, attainments and sufficient recourses to organize distribution system of FMCG goods in Ukrainian territory at the earliest possible date.

The commodity producer, importer or official representative previously send proposal to ADU about possible cooperation. The proposal presents:

• Presentation of commodity producer;
• Presentation of commodity and its fundamental characteristic;
• Strategic plan of sale development (both – time and territory)
• Marketing plan: summary information of bringing out the goods in Ukrainian territory;
• Preferable system of structural, financial and other mutual relations in the link of “commodity producer/ supplier” – “distributor” – “client”;

On the basis of this proposition ADU holds the preliminary marketing searches of goods which are offered to be distributed.

In case of favourable decision-making by ADU members about cooperation with the commodity producer/supplier in distribution of represented goods the preliminary negotiations are to be conducted.

In the event that a negotiation ends successfully, parties in common will work out and accept strategic program of distribution system development of the concrete goods. In future, this program is to be taken as a basis in making a distributional contract between parties.
